QDo you do repairs?

Hooks and fastener replacements, broken threads, and repainting repairs will be carried out whenever possible.
Please use the contact form to send your enquiry alongside an image of the area that requires repair.

QDo you have inventory of products?

Please send an email to our main store for details about stock.

Please enquire directly to dealers for information on their stock as we do not possess their stock inventory.

QDo you make originals or custom orders?
A

Kiichi produces items already in the production line. We do not take on custom orders from customers. Orders for pattern based orders are accepted at events only.

QDo you make anniversary or novelty goods?
A

Original engravings can be made in our products. A separate fee for engraving will apply. If you would like a quote please provide the number of items and details of the engraving.

QCan I get my name on it?
A

Some products are not suitable for applying a name, so we currently do not accept orders for name engravings. Events where limited edition items are available are announced in the new section.
